JAMIE OLIVER'S BRAVE NEW WORLD

Apparently, in the bizarre mind of Jamie Oliver having or trying to have a life is now considered laziness.
I started working that kind of endless shifts at the age of ninenteen when I was the "gifted child" at the Club Campestre El Rodeo in Medellin, Colombia.
Five years later I was well on my way to become a full time alcoholic which, combined with the tag of workaholic everybody agreed to pin on me, combined to turn me into an early burned out star chef at the age of 28 when I opened my own restaurants and founded LE CORDON GREEN ACADEMY in Cali, Colombia.
Prestige, recognition and, sometimes, big salaries aren't enough to justify becoming a modern slave of the kind Mr. Oliver envisions.
I'd rather open a cuchifrito at the side of the road and drink beer and party to death with the picnic roadies on weekends while taking industrial amounts of veggies and green leafs no to defy the acute diabetes which is only another problem I got from my years as a famous and legendary Paisa Chef.
